This project investigates the role of platelets in the formation and rupture of intracranial aneurysms, focusing on their impact on blood-brain barrier integrity and inflammation. It aims to identify effective anti-platelet therapies and optimal intervention timings to improve patient outcomes.
Intracranial aneurysms (IA) with and without subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH) linger as a potentially devastating clinical problem.
