This project investigates the use of plant resources by prehistoric societies, aiming to shift the focus from meat-based subsistence to plant exploitation. It combines various archaeological methods to uncover evidence of plant use during critical periods of human history.
This project deals with one of the big gaps of knowledge in prehistory, how plant foods and resources were used by preagrarian societies.
