This project investigates hyperarousal, a key factor in anxiety and insomnia, to develop innovative treatments. By integrating large-scale data and targeted testing, it aims to understand hyperarousal's mechanisms and create tools for both research and clinical applications, ultimately improving mental health outcomes.
