The NuDev project focuses on developing organic electronic devices, particularly Organic Permeable Base Transistors, for applications in near-infrared photodetectors. The goal is to create integrated, flexible, and cost-effective optical sensors.
Within the ERC Advanced Researcher Grant “NuDev”, promising organic electronic devices especially transistors have been developed. A candidate being able to replace inorganic transistors due its outstanding features and potential low cost production process is the Organic Permeable Base Transistor (OBPT).
