This project is focused on advancing drug discovery for tuberculosis by optimizing lead compounds. It involves evaluating three families of compounds to develop effective treatments and assess their safety and efficacy in preclinical models.
Early stage Drug Discovery efforts over the last 5 years have resulted in the identification of a number of promising lead compounds in the fight against TB.
