ORCA is a pilot program aimed at enhancing research performance in Central Asia, focusing on economics and social sciences. It seeks to develop expertise in research policy to improve academic standards and collaboration in the region.
With a focus on five Central Asian countries (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan), ORCA is a pilot programme dealing with science performance and science management with a specific focus on economics and social sciences.
