This project focuses on understanding how mutations in oncoproteins disrupt protein interactions and signaling pathways in cancer cells. By employing proteomics and computational methods, the research aims to identify new therapeutic targets and improve the understanding of cancer biology.
The inappropriate activity of signaling pathways and activation of gene-expression programs is a primary driver of transformation in cancer cells.
