This project investigates the oncogenic mechanisms of Acute Myeloid Leukemia driven by specific gene fusions. By analyzing protein interactions and gene expression in various fusion proteins, it aims to identify common pathways that could enhance diagnosis and treatment strategies for this aggressive cancer.
Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) is the most frequent cancer of the blood system, with >80% mortality within 5 years of diagnosis.
