This project aims to enhance Over-The-Counter trading by developing a decentralized network that ensures privacy while improving accountability. It focuses on enabling secure asset ownership transfers and compliance with financial regulations to reduce risks and inefficiencies in trading.
Over-The-Counter (OTC) trading is trading done directly between two parties, without supervision of an exchange.
Traders in OTC markets face several types of counterparty risk (Default, Replacement, Settlement and Liquidity).
