The OAEx program aims to foster collaboration between Europe, Brazil, and Canada in ocean acoustic monitoring and marine technologies. It focuses on sharing expertise in ocean monitoring techniques and enhancing the capabilities of partners to utilize acoustic methods for environmental studies.
