This project explores the dynamics of NF-kB, a key regulator of inflammation, at both single-cell and population levels. It aims to understand how oscillations in NF-kB activity affect gene expression and could inform treatments for diseases like cancer and autoimmune disorders.
NF-kB is a family of transcription factors that coordinately control hundreds of genes involved in many steps of inflammatory processes, from microbial killing to cancer.
