This project investigates the interactions between non-equilibrium phases in nanostructured steels to enhance their mechanical properties. By controlling microstructure development through these interactions, the project aims to innovate the design of advanced metallic alloys.
Stronger and more ductile steels are increasingly demanded for advanced applications.
