NONANTIRES aims to combat multidrug resistance in Gram-negative bacteria by investigating a novel resistance mechanism. The project seeks to identify new molecules that can enhance the effectiveness of existing antibiotics, providing better treatment options for infections caused by resistant pathogens.
NONANTIRES is a groundbreaking project to discover alternative ways for controlling the problem of infection treatment failures due to multidrug antimicrobial resistance.
Specifically, my efforts will focus on Gram-negative bacterial opportunistic pathogens that exhibit pan-antibiotic, intrinsic resistance.
