The aim of the project is to popularize science, researchers and scientific career through educational, information and artistic activities.
The number of direct participants of events is estimated at 40 000 people from Olsztyn, Warmia and Mazury, Poland and Europe.Introducing local scientists organizers will concentrate mainly on Nobel Prize recipients and branches of science they dealt with (Emil von Behring, Wilhelm Wien).
Hence the acronym Nobel Night.
