NiteLiDAR aims to advance LiDAR technology by integrating solid-state beam steering and on-chip ranging methods, eliminating mechanical components to reduce costs. The project also focuses on training doctoral candidates in photonic and electronic integration for future applications in autonomous systems and mobility.
