This project develops a comprehensive framework to understand cognitive performance variability across different time scales. By integrating psychological and biological factors, it aims to enhance cognitive testing methods and improve assessments in real-world contexts.

For example, attention fluctuates with alertness modulated by circadian timing, while cognitive abilities change over longer time scales due to skill acquisition and forgetting.
