NeuroXsys aims to create detailed regulatory maps and models of the human X chromosome, focusing on genes linked to neurological diseases. Using bioinformatics and transgenic zebrafish, the project will identify and analyze gene regulatory sequences to understand their role in disease.
NeuroXsys will generate regulatory maps and models of the human X chromosome based on evolutionary conservation, with special attention to genes and regions implicated in X-linked neurological diseases.
