NeuroSTARS investigates how lifestyle factors like physical activity and nutrition influence cognitive aging through astrocytic metabolism. By studying mice under controlled conditions, the project aims to uncover the metabolic pathways linking lifestyle choices to cognitive performance across different life stages.
