This project integrates advanced microelectronics with living neuronal cells to study neuronal behavior. It focuses on developing a multifunctional microelectronics chip to facilitate research on neuronal network dynamics and visual processing in the retina, enabling real-time interaction with neuronal cells.
We propose to seamlessly integrate advanced microelectronics and living neuronal cells in a comprehensive and interdisciplinary approach to significantly advance the understanding of neuronal behaviour.
