This project develops a theoretical framework to study molecular rotations influenced by external laser fields and surrounding environments. It aims to enhance control over bimolecular reactions by understanding how molecular orientation affects reactivity, using advanced field-theoretical methods.
At the interface between chemistry and physics, in this project we aim to develop a non-equilibrium field-theoretical approach to investigate molecular rotations in the presence of a many-body environment and driving laser fields.
