NELLAFLOW develops a rapid and sensitive method for detecting Salmonella in food using innovative paper-based electrical gas sensors integrated into Lateral Flow Assays. This technology enables quantitative results at the Point-of-Need, enhancing food safety monitoring without lengthy laboratory processes.
