This project aims to establish an interdisciplinary center focused on urban politics, examining how communities engage with and claim their neighborhood spaces. It seeks to fill gaps in understanding contested cities in Europe and beyond, particularly through the lens of geopolitics and the unique context of Israel.
This proposal is an extension of my intellectual development and research experience towards my attempt to establish an interdisciplinary centre for the study of urban politics.
My previous work was widely acknowledged and explored in Israel and the US, but so far it has had no visibility in the EU due to lack of resources.
