This project develops a novel therapeutic strategy for glioblastoma treatment by combining radiation therapy with immunotherapy. It focuses on reprogramming tumor-associated macrophages to enhance treatment efficacy and improve patient outcomes.
In glioblastoma (GBM), intrinsic and environmental factors are limiting the efficacy of radiation therapy (RT) and immunotherapy.
