NanoCoatings is developing a new technology for the large-scale production of synthetic diamonds using a method called L-CVD. This environmentally friendly process aims to significantly increase production speed and reduce costs, targeting various applications in coatings, electronics, and jewelry.
The world’s synthetic diamond market production reached 4.42 billion carats (> 800 million €) in 2015 compared with 60 million carats of natural industrial diamond.
