The NANO-ADJUVANT project aims to develop innovative cancer vaccines for neuroblastoma using novel nanomaterial-based adjuvants. These adjuvants will enhance immune responses by improving antigen presentation and stimulating both antibody and cell-mediated responses.
Neuroblastoma (NB) is a rare, aggressive malignancy primarily affecting children under the age of 5.
Despite significant advancements in treating NB, the disease remains a formidable challenge. A promising approach for NB treatment is the development of therapeutic cancer vaccines with innovative nanomaterial-based adjuvants.
