The MyoBan project aims to create a portable high-density electromyographic system for evaluating and restoring motor function in rehabilitation. By utilizing wireless technology, it seeks to enhance patient mobility and integrate seamlessly with rehabilitative devices.
The next generation of rehabilitation systems will require the evaluation and restoration of the motor impairment using neural information.
For this purpose, noninvasive multichannel electromiographic (EMG) technologies are the most promising tools for research and clinical neurorehabilitation applications.
