This project uses genetically modified Mycoplasma pneumoniae to deliver therapeutic proteins directly to the lungs, targeting respiratory diseases. The approach aims to demonstrate a new technology platform for localized treatment, with potential future applications for genital tract diseases using M. genitalium.
