MUSE-Tech focuses on creating a Multi Sensor Device that integrates various sensors for real-time monitoring of quality and safety in food processing. This technology aims to enhance process control and reduce waste in the food industry by providing accurate data on raw and in-process materials.
The concept behind MUSE-Tech is the development of three single sensors (Photoacoustic, Quasi Imaging UV-Vis and a Distributed Temperature) which will be integrated in a versatile and affordable Multi Sensor Device (MSD).
