This project evaluates the impact of new professional roles in health care teams across Europe. It aims to improve health care delivery by assessing how these roles affect clinical practice, outcomes, and costs, ultimately seeking to enhance care integration and workforce management.
The proposed research responds to the call for research into the ‘Quality, Efficiency and Solidarity of Health Systems’.
