The MultiOpStruct project seeks to develop sustainable composite structures for the construction and transportation sectors to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. It focuses on creating advanced design tools and methodologies to optimize materials for better performance and lower environmental impact.
Due to unmitigated global warming, the EU has suffered unprecedented heatwaves in 2022 resulting in over 12,000 deaths and Europe's worst drought in 500 years.
