This project investigates the genetic and epigenetic factors influencing mesial temporal lobe epilepsy with hippocampal sclerosis. By analyzing gene expression and methylation in patient samples, the research aims to uncover mechanisms that contribute to the disease and identify potential therapeutic targets.
