In this proposal we intend to develop a new medicinal chemistry concept base on cell-personalized delivery of tailored drugs.
Relying on basic chemical tools such as proximity-induced acyl transfer reactions and catalytic turnover- we will use RNA biomarkers of cancer cells to trigger the specific expression of cytotoxic drugs.
