The project investigates ferroelectric domain walls, which can exhibit enhanced properties and functionalities. It aims to control and manipulate these walls for potential applications in advanced electronic devices, exploring their dynamics and structural characteristics.
Very recent findings by our group and others reveal that ferroelectric interfaces can show strongly enhanced properties and remarkable new effects with potential for exploitation in devices.
