MISTRAL addresses social acceptance challenges in renewable energy projects, particularly wind energy. The project aims to train researchers to evaluate and propose solutions for public opposition, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration to support the energy transition.
Europe is at the beginning of a major transition to a low carbon economy and is experiencing substantial growth in the expansion of renewable energy generating capacity.
