This project investigates the role of microRNAs in the interaction between Staphylococcus aureus and its human hosts. By identifying key microRNAs involved in this relationship, the project aims to enhance understanding of bacterial resistance and develop new therapeutic strategies against infections.
Staphylococcus aureus is an opportunistic bacterial pathogen that causes acute and chronic infections responsible for a broad spectrum of human diseases.
