The MID project aims to develop a theoretical framework using information theory to analyze the dynamics of single biomolecules. By integrating computational modeling, it seeks to understand how molecular transitions occur in response to stimuli, particularly in DNA-ligand interactions.
MID will develop and apply a theoretical approach based on information theory to provide a novel representation of the dynamics of single biomolecules and their response to chemical and mechanical stimuli.
