The MICRORISK project aims to enhance food safety in Ukraine by aligning its food examination laws with those of the European Union. It focuses on improving the understanding of microbiological hazards in the food chain and fostering cooperation between Ukrainian and EU food safety authorities.
The main aim of MICRORISK is to establish the co-operation between the European Union (EU) and the third states in the area important from the public health point of view.
