The METACELLS project focuses on improving the growth technique for metamorphic semiconductor structures to enhance the efficiency of multijunction solar cells. The goal is to achieve high efficiency while reducing manufacturing costs.
The objective of METACELLS project is to develop the epitaxy technique for the growth of metamorphic semiconductor structures that allow to realize the full efficiency potential of concentrator multijunction solar cells, paying special
