This project aims to enhance the monitoring of pelagic megafauna using image-based surveys and artificial intelligence. It seeks to establish a reserve network in the Coral Sea to balance conservation efforts with fisheries' economic needs.
The EU faces the challenge to protect pelagic biodiversity over immense Overseas Countries and Territories.
