MEDEA aims to strengthen security in the Mediterranean and Black Sea regions through a multi-disciplinary network. The project focuses on border protection and anticipatory governance to address emerging security challenges and foster innovation in security technologies.
The Mediterranean and Black Sea region is characterised by a very volatile and dynamically changing security environment that pose severe threats and challenges on the societies and prosperity.
