MEDCHANGe investigates the interplay between global networks and local developments in Mediterranean countries, focusing on migration, gender issues, and climate change. The project aims to understand spatial dynamics and promote inclusion through joint research and collaboration.
MEDCHANGe focuses on the analysis of the relationships between global networks (Internet), flows (virtual and spatial mobilities of individuals, information i.e. migration also in light of gender issues such those of Moroccon female migrants; climate change migrants; tourism and heritage valorisation flows) and geographical localities in terms of local development and marginalisation/segregation.
