mecasa is developing an online platform to improve caregiver recruitment for seniors wishing to age at home. By utilizing advanced matching algorithms based on personality traits, the project aims to enhance caregiver-senior relationships and provide better support for both parties.
EU population today is the oldest it has ever been with 102 million people that are 65 years and older.
This number isforecasted to rise to 150 million and account for 30% of the overall EU population by 2050.
