This project develops MAPSYNE, a Miniaturized Automated Patch-clamp System integrated with high-density microelectrode arrays for advanced mapping of neuronal networks. It aims to enhance drug discovery for central nervous system diseases by enabling detailed functional assays of synaptic activity in vitro.
