This project analyzes firm-level data across multiple countries to understand productivity and employment growth. It aims to inform policy-making by providing evidence on innovation and structural policies that promote inclusive growth in digital economies.
This project is part of efforts to go beyond the so-called “average firm paradigm” when studying cross-country differences in productivity and employment growth and understand the role of policies in Europe and beyond.
