MADELEINE seeks to enhance multi-disciplinary optimization techniques for aircraft and engine design, focusing on reducing development costs and environmental impact. The project aims to improve design efficiency and usability through advanced simulations and high-performance computing.
MADELEINE will increase the TRL and demonstrate the benefits of high-fidelity (HiFi), adjoint-based multi-disciplinary optimisation (MDO) to address the objectives of industry in terms of:- Competitiveness: by reducing time and cost of
