LoWash aims to create an energy-efficient washer-dryer that can wash and dry a full load without user intervention. By utilizing a hydraulic load balancing drum and a heat pump drying system, it significantly reduces energy consumption compared to traditional machines.
Recent trends in European housing and demographics have had a significant effect on the European domestic appliances sector, in particular for laundry.
