LocalLing aims to create an international network to support the use and teaching of local minority heritage languages. The project fosters interdisciplinary research and collaboration across various fields to promote sustainable practices for language maintenance.
The overarching objective of this Staff Exchanges programme is to establish an international, interdisciplinary network of organisations collaborating on a joint research initiative spanning linguistics, cultural studies, education, politics, and social sciences to promote the use, maintenance, teaching, and learning of local minority heritage languages (LHLs).
