This project investigates the multilingual legal rulings of the Court of Justice of the European Union. It aims to understand how language and translation influence the development of EU law, particularly focusing on the role of the Advocate General in shaping legal interpretations.
This project will examine the production of the multilingual jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union (ECJ), aiming to elaborate a new understanding of the development of EU 'constitutional law'.
