The project focuses on creating a unified architecture for the European railway system by developing a Conceptual Data Model. This model aims to enhance interoperability among various railway subsystems, ultimately improving reliability, punctuality, and service adaptability in the railway sector.
European Railway operators are under pressure to decrease their life cycle cost, to increase significantly their reliability and punctuality, to be more adaptive to different services.
