This project investigates the role of long non-coding RNAs in hematological malignancies, focusing on how DNA methylation may regulate their expression. The goal is to identify potential therapeutic targets for treating blood cancers.
Traditionally, cancer researchers have focused their best efforts on studying the genetic alterations affecting the coding genes.
